I'm really bummed about the deluxe box, too! I wanted to buy the tinker pup today and had it all worked out with points to where all I need are the points I should be earning this month with our memberships and should have been here on May2. I don't want to spend anymore money as we bought the new pets yesterday while looking for the extravaganza. There were two stores that had events. Wacky Bear factory actually had games for the kids but the prizes were all stationery items. No webkinz items. The only sales were on old items we already had. They didn't even have the dollar pets because they didn't want to be stuck with them after the event. It was disappointing. Hallmark had the dollar pets but their regular pets were over priced and not much selection. Big hoopty doo dah! We won't be bothering next year.

I'm not surprised these deluxe boxes are messed up. They can't seem to get their act together on anything. Either that or it was intentional so people would have to spend more money in order to buy things at the Estore.

Well, I just hope they don't retire the tinker pup after today. My son really wants it but I'm not spending any more money this weekend.

Lookie !!! I got some TC4 today and finally! the coffee cup!!! OH and if only that headset, but I will take this...

I also got Sheldon's shirt, a marble bust and a lame poster.

i totally share your feelings. the gift boxes, the extravaganza..... i felt let down. but the light at the end of the tunnel ..... coming here and enjoying time with some really super friends!!!!

i know they will get things straight, i hope soon.

I totally agree, Miss Spots! If it wasn't for WI, I probably would have quit a long time ago. I do enjoy WI very much and WW when things are working properly and even sometimes when they are not. But for my son, I'm afraid the end is coming. He actually cried this afternoon and when I asked what was wrong, he said he was disappointed with the extravaganza. He had so much fun last year and this year, was a big let down. Last year, we went to five stores and played many games and won some webkinz prizes. We spent an hour at wacky bear factory playing bingo because there were so many kids. They still had the stationery prizes and cheap toys, but for him, it really wasn't about the prizes. He was having fun with other kids. This year only two stores had events. Hallmark, didn't have any games just buy an overpriced item and get a pet for $1 and Wacky Bear. Wacky bear still did a great job having games and sales on old product but this year, they couldn't play the bingo because there weren't any kids there. None. I don't know if got better later in the day. Last year they had scheduled events this year they didn't. I just hated to see him cry like that. I told him it was okay if he didn't enjoy webkinz anymore. I think he really wants to like it and he really loves his stuffed animals. But for him, it is just one disappointment after another. Adults can understand the glitches more and be more patient. But kids just don't have that kind of patience and understanding. Plus, he has very little play time during the school year. He was trying to meet me in the club house to go to a party and he kept getting stuck with "please wait". He ended up missing two raffles. This frustrated him so, off to play on Wii he goes because it always works when he turns it on and he doesn't have to wait. It makes me sad because Ganz has such a great idea with webkinz. If they would just slow down with adding so much and make sure that everything works... kids wouldn't be disappointed and they would be making much more money. I know I would have been done with WW a long time ago if it wasn't for WI. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face!

I bought trading cards this weekend also. My son and I opened them together. I was pleased to find another landing pad. I also found another card collector stove and nafaria window! The rest were clothes I already have and posters.

One of the highlights of the weekend, though, was the blue googles. I have to say, I just LOVE his psi!! It is too cute!

i want to say that i am so sorry for your son's disappointment. since my kids are grown and out of the house, that is one thing i am greatful i don't have to deal with anymore. their hurts used to tear my heart out.

i had a choice when i went to justice on which pet to pick. i chose the budgie... but only becasue justice is so over priced. i really wanted the budgie and hallmark, besides not doing the weekend event, didn't have the MAY webbies. so justice got the sale, but only one. i never usually buy from them..but on a postive note, i did put my name on their list for coupons and such. maybe in the future that will of some benefit to me .

i haven't gone to the e-store yet to check the points. someone had said that maybe with the box glitch this first time, maybe it reset the box delivery to the date you got the second (glitch) box. this sounds plausible...... hmmmmm.... but i still want the box..like yesterday.

Thanks Miss Spots! It was a difficult weekend but we did make the best of it. As you said, it just tore my heart out to see him cry. He's not a greedy child at all and loved the pets we bought. He just wanted to play with kids and play in the clubhouse. I just keep praying that with all this money they are making, Ganz will fix the problems of the website so he can enjoy it again.

We bought the budgie, too! My son's favorite color is green and he was excited to see it! We started a second account for him as his account is getting big and it came with the new treetop room.

I wish we had a Justice around here. It sounds like those coupons make the trading cards really affordable. I buy my cards at FYE because I bought their frequent buyers club and get 10% off even off sales prices. Ebay is still better but FYE is good for a quick fix! LOL

I'm not surprised the points showed up today AFTER the sales in the Estore. I'm sure the boxes will come soon. I noticed today that the mystic eye lamp is supposed to be in the curio shop at 5pm. Every time I've known this item to be listed as available in the curio shop, Ganz does maintenance and ends up changing the item so US accounts aren't able to purchase this item. So, I wouldn't be surprised if there is maintenance today to fix the deluxe box gifts. I swear this lamp is cursed. I don't know if we will ever get it!

Last night I put on my free pets from my cards. I'm SO happy with them! My first pet was an Emperor Dragon!!! I just LOVE it! Probablem is, I named it a girl's name. Whoops! LOL His name is Carissa. I will have to call and change that. My second pet is a Bengal Tiger named Dreamer and my third pet is another American Albino (LOVE THESE!) named Ariel. They did a great job with the pets in Series 4!
