My number one favorite hiding place for cards is under my husband's placemat on the kitchen table. Whenever he accuses me of sneaking items in the house....I just look at him and say..."Why would I even sneak things in? It is all under your nose anyway!"

Hey! I can't wrap anything yet, I have a decoration only basket with a bunch of wrapped (empty) boxes in it...tonight my son just ripped them all open when I making supper to see what was in them...boy was he disappointed when they were all empty.

i just love it when you can one over on the kids!!!!! that is cute... too bad you didn't have a camera to get a picture of his face when he realized they were ALL empty.

pack withdrawls ? i have been having them since i ordered the 2 new boxes and that mailman hasn't delivered them yet . there is no way to find that GOLDEN TICKET until they get here......

i used to hide things in my dainties drawer..... and when my ex asked me about something one day that he had FOUND,( it was money i had been saving for a special event for the kids and us) i said what were you looking for in THAT drawer in my dresser...

i propmptly found a new hiding place...... more right UNDER HIS nose.

Speaking of having boxes delivered, what do you consider a good price for a box of cards?

I've noticed on ebay they say that Series 1 cards are retired yet a gentleman posted here that they can still be ordered. We have that "retired" language on another commodity I am involved with and in several cases the item they are selling is not retired. But that language drives up the price. If in truth the cards are still available to be ordered from Ganz, the retired language needs to go from those auctions to protect the buyers.

what do i consider a good price for the cards.... (the cards came in today~~whoo hoo) well i go to 2 online stores and their prices are usually very good. the web virtual toy that is on the side bar usually has free shipping promos and the cards are reasonably priced. i think with this last group that i just got today whoo hoo!!!! the tc1 box was a little under 60.00. then i added the box of Series 3 as they no series 2 boxes and i then i got 5 packs of series 2 and with free ship, it wasn't too bad... and they came today whoo hoo~~~ sorry for the elation...... now i have to look for the golden ticket!!!!!


and yes....... that is ONE of the reasons he is my EX. i could write a poem~~~~~

oh my goodness..those dressers drawers~~~~~ what shall we find !!!!

now, i know i made a big WHOOO HOOO about my trading cards getting here yesterday..which wa a shock as it was sunday.... but guess with the holiday the post office is working to get packages out.....

NOW HERE IS THE GOLDEN TICKET STORY!!!!!!
i was going to wait until i was off from work to start ripping the packs open and while i was cooking dinner the box holding the cards was just sitting there calling me.....

now i have talked about the and how he just makes me do all these addicting little purchases..... so he said why not just rip open one box of cards so i complied and took the series 3 box, (which i hadn't planned on getting till he hit the add to the cart button on me that day).
you know that you are only going to get one code per card so that wasn't anything more than expected.
i found my mystery pet card and was glad to see it in the box....

then getting down toward the end of the box i opened a pack and it contained..........................................................

WHOOOO HOOOOO!!!!!! i may take that pesky with me to the store more and more often.
