Ghost Blooper? What time does he show up?

So I was terribly upset when I clicked on a ghost after having found him once already, and it popped up with a message that read I could only get candy once every three (3) hours.

...but that didn't seem right. I knew that I had read somewhere that the time period was a lot shorter than that.

I then read the webkinz newz entry on the ghost, and here's what it says (red underline)



So, is the ghost correct, or is the newspaper correct? I can't figure it out, lol...I can't seem to find the ghost often enough!

The ghost is correct. It doesn't matter what the paper says, you can't argue with him and he will only give you 1 candy every three hours.

ww isn't paying that ghost enough so he decided to go on STRIKE!!!!! he changed his mind recently though. it's not that he didn't like you, he was just in a bad mood.

On Saturday I think you will be able to get candy from gim every hour if the rooms are open by then if not we all have to go on vacations
