Getting a frog isn't all bad, I had to phone Ganz today because 3 of my 16 sealed foil packs had used codes in them, I cut them open myself, carried them to my laptop, there was no one else at home, Has this happened to anyone else????? Hopefully customer support will help me out tomorrow.

I opened my cards today and I also had a picture of a panda and got a frog...... Glad I had read here on the forums about that happening to others, so I picked out a neutral name in case it happened to me..... and it did. I named my panda/frog Dakota........Worked out pretty good. Webkinz seems to be having lots of problems lately doesn't it? But we love our pets......... I got $2,500 with this virtual pet.... Is that how much you are suppose to get?

I have purchased several cardpacks, how do you know if you get a free webkinz is it on the same card as the codes and does it tell you? Just wondering?

There is a separate card that states you got a virtual pet. I got one today, with a picture of the retriever...but may wait to put it on a bit....if I do get a frog...no biggie...got another pet to add to the bunch.

My mom had a monkey and it was a frog and we contacted ganz and they gave her a code for a monkey!
So she got a monkey and she got to keep her frog the gift and money!
