Read this before buying the e-store castle & suggestion

I bought the castle from the estore, after many months of looking at it and looking at it and thinking thats alot of money, but it looks really cool. WOW, was is disappointed!!! You cant store anything in it, you cant walk into any parts of it and most of all the gates dont open and you cant go through them. You actually have to move a piece of wall to get "inside" the castle.... so many things are interactive at webkinz, I expected this to work/move, do something. Not just take up an entire yard, which by the way is now basically another storage room, since the critters cant do anything with it. SOOO disappointing.

My suggestion to ganz is please make the gates interactive so we can walk through, or make the turrets or the keeps so they can hold things.

Thanks for sharing. My kids really want that & I've been reluctant to buy it. I'm sorry that it isn't interactive.

That is why I hate estore they want money for an item that don't even work atleast make the items work people that bought it are probley disapointed.

Aw, how disappointing! I agree, we need more interactive items to engage webbie owners. Many people don't just get estore for being "pretty", they get it because it's interacive and unique. I got to say, the castle is VERY unique, but I guess there isn't much to do with it. Hopefully they will tweek some of the programming to make the castle to be more fun for the members.

i agree. i bought it thinking how cool it was and it was so disappointing and a waste of money
