If we adults can't figure how to find the ghost, how do they expect the kids will find it? More upsetting is, when I called Ganz I was told if we don't like the game we don't have to play it. That I should tell my child not to play it. So I do not understand, if we are paying for them to play in WW shouldn't they be able to play the games if they want to?
I assume the lady who I spoke with was having a bad day, maybe she received way too many complain calls BUT I am a costumer. I was nice a civil, non confrontational until I was told not to play the game. Then of course I gave them a piece of my mind.
Ganz, you are going to loose so many costumers this way, not only you make it hard for the children to play but your costumer service need some manner lessons. I don't see why I should keep paying for this kind of treatment. |
