Our kids are tired from school and sometimes just want to come home and enjoy playing. They need a space to relax and play. But you have even turned Halloween stressful. My daughter went to bed in tears because she could not find the ghost. She looked and clicked
everywhere! This is supossed to be a fun game, a little bit educational and entertaining.
In the past month there have only been upseting situations in webkinz world. First no fall leaves, then missing ads and now an imposible to find ghost.
I sure hope that at least you try to make the Holidays fun and easy for them.
Thank you. | | | 10-24-2009, 04:11 AM | #2 | SHaDow is my Webkinz :) Join Date: Apr 2009 Posts: 1,935 | Re: Dear Ganz I remember the good ole days where during the Fall Fest you couldn't go a single place with out a leave flying by. And no, not flying by incredibly fast, but flying by at a good pace that anyone could get it.. I remember the days when there were not that many glitches, and when the glitches came they were those little small glitches that made you laugh!
Webkinz has changed... a lot. __________________

I have an 8 year old niece and I am NOT going to let her know that it was happening or is happening to avoid any disappointments or sadness.
Ganz made it like finding a needle in a hay stack.
I mean if they had to ghost like fly by like leaves and stuff that be ok
Or on Halloween have a gift box from the Ghost or something.
Something easier on them. I mean if it is annoying and stressful enough for adults...imagine what it is like for children?
Children can't be on the computer 24/7!!!
They have homework and I mean they need to use the bathroom and SLEEP etc.
I think it is cruel of them or mean at the least. I wish they would change it. | | | 10-26-2009, 04:28 PM | #5 | Gift Trainee Join Date: Jul 2009 Posts: 446 | Re: Dear Ganz My daughter went to bed with tears in her eyes two nights in a row, so I agree this is very cruel for the children. If we adults can't figure how to find the ghost, how do they expect the kids will find it? More upsetting is, when I called Ganz I was told if we don't like the game we don't have to play it. That I should tell my child not to play it. So I do not understand, if we are paying for them to play in WW shouldn't they be able to play the games if they want to?
I assume the lady who I spoke with was having a bad day, maybe she received way too many complain calls BUT I am a costumer. I was nice a civil, non confrontational until I was told not to play the game. Then of course I gave them a piece of my mind.
Ganz, you are going to loose so many costumers this way, not only you make it hard for the children to play but your costumer service need some manner lessons. I don't see why I should keep paying for this kind of treatment. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off
