Is it safe to preorder webkinz??

my sis-in-law pre ordered a webkin on ebay and the seller said that she would receive it 30 days after the end of the auction. that was two months ago. is it safe to pre order from retail sites? or even this one? is it a guarentee that you'll get what you paid for?? i'm just nervous. thanks!

Which webkinz?? 30 days is an Estimate. Could be sooner, could be later...

well i would never pre order from ebay but that is just me. i just pre ordered a black cat from www.sweetbe.com. i heard they are very good with pre orders

I think if you get recommendations from sites, then it can be ok. But too many stories about waiting months for webkinz makes me nervous. Obviously, new release take longer, but the ones on ebay I would stay away from.

I did order from this site's store tonight, though, since I am not going to run around looking for 2 black cats and chance missing them. I've heard good things
