You ought to add The Thoughtfulness Shop (thethoughtfulnessshop.com) to your list of online retailers. They are awesome. They have the lowest prices and they don't change them when everyone else is. You can get a box of cards for $99.00 and a pack of cards is only $2.99. Their customer service is so nice and they will always answer your e mails really fast.

Thanks for the list, there were two places with Love Puppy! I always assumed my only two options were either waiting for the local Hallmark to get a shipment, or overpay on ebay!
