Free webkinz codes in card packs

I had a frog card

and i adoppted it and it was a panda!

I was soo happy but it is still pretty weird!!

I just got off the phone with Webkinz. I had emailed them first (support@webkinz.com) and they sent me an email back within 20 minutes with a service code. I then called them (1-866-932-5469) and they rectified the situation right away! I had three cards, one with a frog, one with a Golden Retreiver, and one with a monkey and when I entered the codes, all three came up as frogs. They let me keep the frogs I had gotten with all three cards and gave me a code for a monkey and a Golden! How great is that? I totally expected them to take two of the three frogs away.

I just got a pack of cards, and I got a free webkinz with a panda on it. I registered it, and I got a panda webkinz. I suggest if you don't know what you are going to get, create a neutral name such as FUZZLES.

My best friend bought a really expensive Cheeky Cat, and she typed in the code and it didn't work! Anyone suggest she should report that?

Actually, my friend had a picture of a frog, but really it came with the retired cheeky cat!

Well this should be interesting then. We just got another free webkin card in our trading pack and it is a picture of a frog. Can't wait to see if it really is a frog or a panda or a cheeky cat or a ???. Once a name is given we'll load it in. I'll let you know.

my friend got a panda card that wouldnt work so they called webkinz and they explained that for a while EVERYONE who had a code got a frog. some people enter a code and it doesnt work saying its "already entered". they told them to wait till monday...

well same friends stopped by a store and found a lilkinz panda and a google so i now get the card for a free pet....i hope ringo gets to be a panda or i shall be calling webkinz myself.

Well I am happy to say that we loaded our free "cheeky monkey" and it was indeed a cheeky monkey!
We are afraid to call our free frog something like "Kermit" just in case.

Where do you guys buy your trading cards???

At a few different Hallmark stores. The same places that sell the actual Webkinz have the trading cards.

I got a frog as well. But I have heard that they have fixed the problem, and that you should get whatever is pictured. But a lot of the pictures are frogs. If you already have one, maybe you could trade it, or give it as a gift.
