They were saying he got a Free Monkey Card and it actually have him a monkey, instead of a frog which had been happening to some people.

The code we got today was for a monkey, and DD indeed got a monkey when she registered the code.

5 days ago we got an online Webkinz pet card in a pack of trading cards.

It showed a monkey and it really was a virtual monkey. Looks like Ganz fixed their earlier problem.

Just to be safe, we had chosen a neutral name that would have been OK for a frog too.

Yes, it happened to me too. my pix showed a panda, and it turned to a frog. But I e-mailed gantz.....
support@webkinz.com and they e-mailed back and gave phone number to call
I gave them my code and they verified it, they gave me a new code for a panda
I got the Panda it should have been, and all adoption gifts...........They also let me keep the frog and all its goodies too.......... they have had alot of problems with this and want to correct it....
