Free webkinz codes in card packs

We got 2 webkinz codes in our card packs. One had a monkey, the other a golden retreiver. When my sons adopted them they both ended up being frogs. Did this happen to anyone else?

How sad, I mean a "free" webkinz is a "free" webkinz but what is the point? My 5 year old picks animal specific names, hence his panda is named Panda, haha, so last night was a shock when a frog popped up instead of the monkey for him.

Truthfully, I haven't heard of a single person on here that got a free pet code that turned out to be anything BUT a frog.

Seems like a little kink that Ganz needs to work out.

I know, everybody i have heard got a frog, so if i get a free code (not in a million years, but still!) or anybody else, do a FROG name! But hey with my luck it will turn out to be something else!

Yeh, that seems to be the case! That's just too weird! I have another free virtual pet to adopt, but I'm not sure I want another frog! That poses a problem! What to do..what to do...? Hmmm....

I know I got one and i was a frog, but the pictures was of a golden retriever...I had heard that you never know what it is so I named my frog mystery....since it truely was a mystery to me what animal I was going to get....there isn't a single person that I have heard of that has gotten and animal and that it wasn't a frog...so i guess they are all frogs....unless the first run is frogs and then the second run is a different animal and so on....who knows!!!!!! I just wish that when Ganz introduces something new....they should flood the stores with it so everyone can get it in the beginning...it makes for very frustrated store owners and customers...In my area one store had an extra phone line put in for an answering machine...and when you call it says today is_________, we do/do not have webkinz today and we have ordered the trading cards but they are not in yet...if you have questions about anything else please call________________________...so you can see how frustrated they have gotten...Anyway, we still love out webkinz...sd

My card has a free webkinz frog on it but every time I try to put it on my account it says it isn't a real code! I was so excited but it didn't work. Does anyone know whats wrong with it?

I didn't even know you could get a code for a free pet. That's so cool except you don't get the actual animal.

I got a frog with my code! I was really bumbed when It oped up as a frog!
I thought it was going to be a panda and I named it Mi Mi! Well, my mom told me to email them at support@webkinz.com. So I did. Still no reply. But, maybe if ALL of us that got a frog would email them they would change it!
