What is the best way to trade?

I have traded a few times. How do you know what to bring with you? I like to keep a clean dock, so I usually grab a few things. Are there theme (ancient, kinzstyle and so on) color zones?
It seems like lately folks want style which I do not have or signature. Should I just take one of each? Suggestions, ideas, corrections are greatly welcome and thanks in advance.

There is no easy way to answer this question because on any given day there may be a need for certain things and not others. There are some basic things people love, newer pet items, newer more popular items in general. Old things unless long retired don't grab as much attention. I think having a little bit of every popular category of stuff is best.

Thanks Tula. It seems like I will be in the room and whatever the other person is asking for I have left at "home". I have noticed friday and saturday nites seem to be more extreme. I spend more time here than in the world! LOL

People usually like rare items, pet items, exclusives, POTMs, and Kinz Style in the regular kinzchat all the time on any zone.

I would bring a couple of each ie..exclusive, pet items, rares and such. If you are new to trading I would stick to the regular kinz chat. It is very easy to get tricked into making a unfair trade in the Kinz Chat plus. Also in Kinz Chat plus I find people are looking for specific items.
