Yes

He is ALWAYS over by the swingsets

If he isn't there then his empty cart is, always, so it will be easy to locate him, just past that square with the

on top. Once you nail that down, you will always be able to locate him.

Here's another pic...he's between the center of the park and the pond area where the games are, before you get to the swings!

Hope this helps! If you see a cart and no Mr Moo, "go back to lobby" and try a different park! Good luck!

I got ice cream on one account and went to do the other one and can't find Mr. Moo. I'll keep trying.
P.S. That shrimp ice cream looks really gross.

I have some information about Mr. Moo.

Q: Who is Mr. Moo?
A: Mr. Moo is a cow who hands out ice cream at the KinzVille Park. Here's a picture of what he will look like with his cart:

Q: How many flavors can you get?
A: So far, five flavors.

Q: Is there a particular pattern to find him, or a specific zone, like Doug?
A: Not yet. He seems to vary in many park numbers and zones. We'll find out if there is a pattern or not, sooner of later.

Q: How many times can I buy icecream from Mr. Moo per day?
A: Only once per day.
