Welcome to the Mr Moo Ice Cream Tracking Thread.  Mr Moo Ice Cream is at the Kinzville Park selling great flavors:
Ganz said there were only five flavors, but now we know there are SIX.
If you see Mr Moo and his Ice Cream Cart, let others know by telling us the park #, so that they can get theirs
Spicy Squash Ice Cream that Moo made
Chili Chocolate Ice Cream that Bevo Made
Melty Mango Ice Cream
Sour Shrimp
Perfect Pear
Candy Cream
Chili Chocolate, Sour Shrimp and Spicy Squash are common
Melty Mango and Candy Cream are uncommon
Perfect Pear is the hardest to get

You will find an Ice Cream Cart, If no Mr Moo, you can't buy ice cream, you need Mr Moo at the cart in order to buy the ice cream
When you click on him you get greeted 
and you will get to chose a flavor 
once you select your flavor 
If you try to click him again  
It appears that Mr Moo closes up shop and closes the park when American accts go down for maintenance (2am KT)
it will first say servers are full then switches to, but good news is that it is only down for about 15 minutes and then the park is open again  Can you use a different pet to get more ice cream?
No. Once you buy ice cream with one pet, you can't buy ice cream with a different pet, it is once per account per hour I see the Cart, but no Mr Moo, can I still buy ice cream?
No. You need to find a park with Mr Moo standing next to the cart Does Mr Moo always have the same flavors all day?
No. He has 6 flavors that he rotates through and they change every hour Is there a special prize if I collect all 6 flavors?
No special prize, you just have a variety of ice cream flavors now Does it matter what park #?
