Yes, I got prizes on all of my accounts today. I think what happens is if you don't have the gems asked for then next time you do have the gems, you get KC rather than the prize.

ok, thanks for clearing that up. I'm just annoyed because I don't have a whole lot of gems, so I would rather get something unique from doug than something you can get almost anywhere in ebkinz world.

Make sure you use the SAME pet each time you trade with Doug. Each pet starts at Rocky Road and works their way up.
