I know this isn't the correct place for this but I wanted to say a quck thank you for everyone that contributes and keeps this thread up-to-date I haven't searched for Doug in a long time (I was collecting gems). I totally forgot how and where to go but this thread go me started again.

Edit: Hmm.. I didn't have any of the three gems Doug wanted.. that will probably mean that I will get Kinz Cash next time.

How common is it that he asks for multiple gems. He has asked me for two gems every time but the first, and now he is asking for 3 gems at a time. I am getting the items in order. I am not getting anything special for giving multiple gems. Is this how it works for everyone?

That is correct. He asks for more gems and as you get to the better prizes, he will ask for uncommon then rare gems. Make sure you are stocked up before visiting him or you will get Kinzcash instead of the specials. I've stopped visiting him while I restock my gems.
