doug just asked me for two of the same gem, is that a glitch? he has only asked me for one gem at a time previously.

I just got my gem fountain! I've been away on vacation for a while, and just got a chance to look for doug. Now i'll start over!

Nope, that is not a glitch. As you move up into the better prizes, he will ask for 2 or 3 gems at a time, and they may or may not be the same gem (it is pretty random, sometimes it will be 3 different ones, other times it may be 2 of 1 and 1 of another....).

thank you i did not know that. too bad he did not ask me for different ones, i only have 1 of each. oh well will try him again tomorrow.

if you can't get in, log out and try again. that happens to me somtimes too.

This generally happens when you just switched zones. Once it has happened to you it is easiest to log out and log back on to fix the problem. There are other ways to fix it, but they take longer.

To prevent it, allow your phone to fill up with the new color before you try to enter a room. It happens sometimes when you try to click on a room in the clubhouse before the phone is ready for you. Another way to keep track of it is to wait ten seconds or so after choosing a new color before clicking on a clubhouse room.

I am disappointed in the Doug the dog program. I could understand asking for 1 gem for the lower items and possibly 2 for higher items but to ask for 3 for items 4, 5 or 6 is unbelievable. It takes the fun out of the search.

I hope Doug comes back I missed him
