I have tried everything...cleared my cache, did a restart on my computer and still Santa does not even see me. It's like I am not there.....have to wait and see.

i'd just keep trying!
this happened to me, i logged out, logged back in, went to an empty room, and it worked for me, i had to switch colors a few times too. it should work sooner or later

You have to delete your browsing history, temporary internet files and cookies (all the stuff that makes your computer remember what you've done and where you've been on the Internet).

I believe you do that by clicking "tools", then "internet options", then "browsing history", and checking the options to clear (depending on which internet browser you have, it all could be slightly different - I have IE7)

I had to clear mine 3 times (it only worked when I unselected the option that said "preserve favorites sites data" - or something like that) - then the pets from our last 2 accounts were able to sit on Santa's lap..

I have a mac and clearing the cache is different than on internet explorer. Webkinz help (the screen before you sign on) has a file for clearing the cache for several different internet programs. Check there for your browser. Use the search word cache to find it.

Hey, about clearing your cache, do you think that would help me with Doug problems? Whenever I try to trade with him, nothing happens.
