SantaKinz Troubles!

Hi!
I can't talk to SantaKinz. I try clicking on him as soon as I got into a room, and instead of my pet standing in line, my pet goes directly up to SantaKinz, and doesn't move forwards ever.
Clicking on SantaKinz doesn't work. What could be the trouble?



Anyways, any suggestions? I really want to meet SantaKinz!

clear your cache-it should work then-I had the same problem-and so did DD-she was HORRIFIED! She was actually crying, saying THEY'RE STEPPING ON ME MOM!""

What worked for me though, when clearing my cache didn't work, I switched from firefox to internet explorer...good luck my friend!

I have had the same problem and i thought it was just my computer acting up but santakinz would keep saying things like "whos next" and "what would u like for chirstmas?" i was the only one in the room so i was hoping that it would work but it didn't how do u clear your cache?

Tools >> Clear Private Data>> Cache >> Clear

You need to dlear your chach, hit tool the opitions, the delete, and lastly delete all the in the corner i should shay click santakinz to line up

It's not the cache, at least for some of us anyways. Many people have had a problem this afternoon with it not working correct. I was able to do most of my accounts this morning and it worked fine. We tried doing the other accounts with the kids this evening and it would not work although one did after several color and room changes. I think there may be a problem with certain server(s).

The clubhouse may be busy,or just a glitch because the room is just released. There may be some bugs/glitches but i'm sure they will be fixed eventually.
