Question about small pumpkins in Clubhouse rooms

Hi, There are small pumpkins in the rooms that come and go... not the big pumpkin on the lower right hand side of the screen, but smaller ones that seem to float.

What are they? I've been clicking on them and nothing happens... I also haven't seen the ghost yet - is there any connection between the little pumpkins and the ghost?

When you see that, that means the pet below the icon is veiwing their stash of candy. You also get that icon when you click your pumpkin at the corner of your screen when you want to see how much candy you have. Hope this helps!
