Problems with Doug prizes? Too much Kinzcash?

Is anyone else having issues with Doug? I had read this was a problem in the past, but it's still happening to us on our 2 accounts. Doug will ONLY give us Kinzcash, and yes, we are using the same pet each time. Today was at least the NINTH Kinzcash prize.
Any comments or suggestions???

well, if you don't have the right gems, next time you go to see him he'll give you kinz cash. Course, you may know that, and I might be telling you about a glitch right now.BTW if you don't have the right gems then try Xing off instead of clicking ok. I've heard this works, but I haven't tried yet. Hope this helps!
