Yes,the park was opened momentarily yesterday. It then closed again.
You can check WebkinzNewz for updates on when the park will be open,and when it is closed.

Yup.... sadly they re-closed it. Really... I don't understand why they only open it for about 1 hour. If any1 knows why Ganz is doing this to us... please let me know.

I'm pretty sure they're letting us "beta test" it,so they can see what needs to be worked out. Although,Ganz is always confusing. Who knows what they're up to.

I was able to get in the park yesterday for a few minutes, but it was extremely slow. I don't know much about programming (actually almost nothing), but it sounds like there isn't enough memory to support it. I thought many of the items were very cool though. There were slides and swings and a pretty swan fountain near the entrance. I was trying to find Mr. Moo, but no luck.
