Yes, you still have those exclusives because you have not cleared your cashe. (this is why you don't see trash) BUt I have cleared my cashe but I STILL don't see it....

There are a number of us who have submitted comments to the Kinzville news....none of which were bad...and guess what, if they even do show up they are edited...and I don't mean not only edited to remove some comments, but edited to reword or add something to a comment. I am not very happy with this occurring...If I post a comment I really don't like reading that "I love the new exclusives" has been added to what I say. As well, more often than not, if you include any comment about not finding trash, the comment will not be posted or, as mentioned, the comment gets edited. Nothing personal, but that is just absolutely wrong. If you ask me, submitting comments has now been proven to be useless, and the fact that they have people literally editing or adding to submitted comments is very, very inappropriate! Talk about a major glitch!!!

You are absolutly rigjht! It is SUPER frusterating..... My post wa edited to soemthing like; "I love the new prismatic ball, will you make more colors?" UGH! There is no point in commenting on it now.

This whole issue of Ganz editing our comments is infuriating me...Do they honestly think we will not notice? I have copied and pasted what I type as a comment to compare how it is showing up....and can I just say now...I am appalled!!! What a public relations nightmare to know that what we want to say is not what Ganz wants others to know we are saying...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!
