Partially, yes, you broke a rule, but you are also right in that they can't even prove you said anything "bad". Yes, it's your username on here, but how can they prove that?? Saying "golden puppy" could mean anything!

It's also very unfair because I have seen so much bullying go on in the Clubhouse that they don't even seem to care about in the least.

I am so sorry.
We all know that Ganz has to have some rules, but sometimes I think they just miss the boat. I've noticed a lot of people getting banned lately, but the clubhouse is still full of people who are breaking the rules. It seems that instead of weeding out the trouble makers, they are setting up a situation that allows the bullies to take over the clubhouse. My daughter loved going there to trade & chat with others. Well, not anymore. Now she is afraid to go. She is afraid she may get in trouble for something someone else does when she is in the room. Or get reported because she refused to agree to a bad trade. It isn't fair, but it does happen. What a shame!

Maybe Ganz saw you gave out a user name and that was enough info to warrent a ban. That could be pretty scary if it was a child and the website was NOT WI. I think Ganz is so concerned about safety that it does not matter what site! I am sorry for you golden puppy...it is rough. But, enjoy regular kinzchat..i actually prefer it. The constant begging and whinning in the KC+ can get on your nerves. Thanks for being brave telling us your story!!

That happened to me too. I just mentioned "Double you I" along with a few other members, once or twice. I got a message, and I zipped my mouth. Next thing you know, I was still banned, EVEN THOUGH I WAS QUIET! They do NOT state in the rules in KC+ that WI is against the rules. I show a picture of that in my thread.

Especially cause we both zipped our mouths after saying like one thing, and I, after my warning! It was very uncalled for. Also, I was banned during fall fest, so I couldn't go into the clubhouse and chat w/ my friends while waiting for leaves.

that really stinks. i got banned for a day for not doing a trade with someone because i didnt want to get ripped off. sometimes ganz doesn't ban the right people...
