hello I am having trouble turning off the kinzchat plus block I dont have an account. what do you need? help!! does someone knows how to turn it off?

Do you want to be able to access KinzChatPlus? You can do so by clicking on Parent's Area from the Log In screen

After entering the Parent's Area, have your parent (or yourself if you are over age 1 click on the 'Grant Access' button at the bottom of the 'Manage KinzChat PLUS Access' screen. Access is granted via email.

Here is what Ganz says after you click 'Grant Access':

In order to grant your child access to KinzChat PLUS, you'll need to provide us with the following information. When you click "Send," you'll receive an email from us in your inbox. Please go there for the instructions on how to complete granting your child access to the KinzChat PLUS area of the Clubhouse. To return to the Parent's Area, click "Return to Parent’s Area".
Your email confirmation may be captured by some Junk Email filters. If you do not recieve the email, please check your Junk or spam folder before requesting another copy.
