 Candy Scam Possibility
We just noticed this tonight, and I don't know if anyone has actually tried to do it, but I wanted to warn everybody about the possibility.
I got all my candies in my pumpkin and unlocked the Jack-O-Lantern (yay!) and realized the candies are still there so I can eat them if I want. My daughter asked if I'd send one to her and I did, and it made us curious if you could use the one you got via Kinzpost in your pumpkin. That would be sort of cheating, because i could finish my pumpkin and send the last three candies she needs and then she could unlock HER pumpkin with them. I wouldn't let her do that, but I was curious if it would work and though I was able to send it and she was able to eat it, she wasn't able to use it in her trick-or-treat pumpkin. (Like you can't drag it up there or anything.)
Well, that got us wondering if you could trade it in the trading room. So I went there and explained to a guinea pig (no pun, really! It actually was a guinea pig I used as a guinea pig for this experiment!) what I was trying to figure out and he went along with it. We entered a trade and put up our candies. It lets you trade them! BUT. Then you can't use them in your pumpkin!
So if you think, "Oh, I can't get all those candies, but I really want the jack-o-lantern! I'll go to the trading room and trade my dwarf outfit for the last three," well, it won't work. You'll just be trading the outfit for candy to eat. Now, if you just want the candy, great, but don't think it will qualify for unlocking the pumpkin!
Maybe nobody is trying to trade those in the trading room, and maybe some people are because they don't know, but I wanted you to know so you wouldn't be disappointed!

I hope that no one falls for this scam, but I have a bad feeling it will become more requent as it gets closer to the time for the ghost to leave...
