Banned from the Clubhouse? Were you?

Hi there! GoldenPuppy and I were chatting in KinzChat plus today and suddenly, without any warning or explination whatsoever (even in the past months I have had no warnings about breaking the rules), I got a message that I was banned from KinzChat Plus for 30 days and got kicked out without even saying goodbye to GoldenPuppy's adorable black lab ( ). Later, I went back to the clubhouse and tried to enter KinzChat Plus and it said that I was banned for "dangerous online activity."

I was kind of upset about this, because I would never break the KinzChat rules, and in fact I enforce them with other members that I see chatting and breaking the rules by reminding them that they are breaking the rules. Usually they leave after that, if they know that they are breaking the rules, or thank me for telling them that if they were unaware of that rule. However, since it is only 30 days, I wasn't that upset.

I talked to GoldenPuppy and she said that she was also banned near the same time. This was very interesting to me and I was wondering if maybe there was some glitch. Have any of you been unexpectedly banned from KinzChat Plus today?

I had never gone to KinzChat Plus much until the ghost hunt and I worried once when a message came up saying we were being monitored but nothing happened. There was an annoying pug in there who was asking everyone to add him to their friend's list. I met him twice but I had a different pet the second time and got him to stop pestering by telling him my list was full.

I think you should call Ganz or have an adult call if you are not 18 and ask why you are banned. I would think that if something like this happened to you again after your 30 days are up the consequences might be more serious for you even if you have done nothing this time.

Were you talking about WI? Sometimes that can make warnings pop up.

There was a notice on the front of WI from WW and it said that Ganz is trying to ban the right people. I am sure if you talk to them that you can figure things out and be on Kinz Chat Plus Again

Something similar happened to me. I was in a room, no one said ANYTHING bad, and all of a sudden, everyone got a "warning" message saying to stop using bad language, and we didn't do anything, then it just started happening every 5 minutes. It was so weird!!

I got one warning, but I've never been banned. I'm so sorry that happened! But, I do remember the front page of WI saying that ganz may accidentally ban the wrong people since there are still a few glitches in the system and it said that you should call ganz if you know for sure that you did nothing wrong and they would fix everything up. I'm very sorry, and I hope they fix it up for you soon!

I'm sorry to hear about that! GP is one of my good friends on here, and she has told me that she has gotten banned from the KinzChat Plus for 30 days before this time. I'm sure that you didn't get banned for anything serious, but I would try contacting Ganz and ask them why. Here's Ganz contact information: Ganz Telephone Number and Email Address

I heard that if someone in the room does something bad and gets reported that if they get banned everyone in the room may get banned.
I don't believe they have the correct "investigation tools" to decipher who is actually the wrong doer so they just ban everyone who is in the room.

I have heard others complain of this.
