The reason I think that is because it is always a lull in the Doug activities during business hours... sometimes..

And yesterday the glitch where my sons gems weren't acknowledged was cleared up.. He was finally able to trade again... so I know they are working on him...

No... Doug is in the chatroom at the same time, regardless of the clock. So if he is there now, he's there now in all time zones. It's not a 4pm thing, it's a now or not now thing :-)

No (unfortunately -- I might actually get to see him).

He appears at the same time in all zones.
