webkinz logging in glitch

every SINGLE time i try to log into webkinz, it won't work. but then if i try it again, it logs me in!!! it's so annoying having to type ur name in twice!!!! anyone have any tips?

You can try and refresh the page. You could also try and delete your cookies. Those things help for most problems. If that does not work then it might be your internet or server. You can copy and paste your username.

I find I have problems if I am trying to load something else whenever I am loading WW. I have a bad habit of still browsing around on WI whenever I am waiting for webkinz to load. It never helps. I always have to refresh and try again. Make sure to just sit patiently and wait for it to come up. If it doesn't work just press F5 or the reload button on your browser and try again.

Well, it happens to me too. They say, if you're waiting for more than 30 seconds, log out and back in.

Try clearing your cache, or refreshing your page. People suggest that, that might work.

Also, try using a different browser (if you can)

I'm sorry this happens... It happens to me too, but it's probably because there are a LOT of people on Webkinz and everything takes a while to load. Try refreshing the page by pressing F5. Hope this helps!
