As others have said, there really isn't anywhere to spend them yet unless you want to give some to other users. To answer the question about moving them though, if you look right above the "reason" box on the banking page, you have a choice...checking to savings or savings to checking. Choose Savings to Checking to move the WI Bucks out of your savings and into your checking and it works just like moving them to your savings...just plug in the amount and hit the button.  |   | |
