Thanks so much for all your help in clearing up so many of my questions. I read both threads and did note not to put a comma in the dollar amount when transferring to savings, however I tried 5000.00 and that came back as invalid amount then I changed it to 5000 and it still came back with invalid amount.. I do have more than this so I am not sure what I did wrong.

I finally figured out what I was doing wrong... glad this isn't my account in the real world. I wasn't placing the amount in the right location. So it works just find it was just me... but truly this has been and will continue to be the place a lot of us come to for answers.. and I was smart enough to subscribe so that when I need more answers I know where to come... 5 Star rating for sure.
