Great guide! Wonderful! I have a question:
Gifting: what's the etiquette here? someone sends you a gift of money. It's only polite to reciprocate. If you give them the same amount, it's very polite but also a bit silly, isn't it? you both end up with the same amount that you started with, minus the service charge. You could give them a rep point... or you could send a PM to thank them or post your thanks in their profile, although those last two seem a bit stingy?
