no capital letter??

i remember just a few weeks ago that we were allowed to put on our caps lock and make our tittle nice and noticable! why can't we do that now? i think that we dhould be allowed to use caps on out tpoic names! don't you? why aren't we allowed anymore it just goes back to a capital letter at the beginning of each sentence and thata it!

When you post something in all caps, it could be read by others as shouting. It's best just to make your thread known in other ways, such as putting a link in your signature.

It is just considered rude. because we can not exactly "hear" each other.....Caps means Yelling or Shouting.

and it can cause hurt feelings when you may not mean to.

so it is just a general rule.
