Actually, there is no limit on frames, is it just that the more frames I remove, the less smooth the image looks. So if your file was a MB, it wouldn't look very nice. It should work now though!

maybe you should save it on a flash drive and then try later and add it to see if it works

I suggest asking Cocoabean to resize it for you, But it looks like Galfam already resized your avatar for you!
