The same thing happened to my daugter, turns out after 10 webkinz they no longer give you rooms, you get bonus stuff instead.

This was very helpful to me. I called the number this past Wed 4-09, they called me back in less than 24 hrs but the bummer part on my end was that I missed the phone call, but they left a message with the number to call back with and an extension with a live person waiting to hear back from me! I called back left a message and she called back Friday, again in less than 24 hours. She found my haybale couch that had disappeared on me, and gave me 1000KC for my missing exclusive item that did not come with my black fresian!!

I just aDopted my 11th pet. You get no room after #10, but you do get the animal's snack food item, PSI(Pet Specific Item), Exclusive Item, and 1000KC.

and For future FYI:

Now every 5 pets you get a bed box and all the others you get an exclusive box. You don't get to pick the exclusive but it's a fun surprise to get the box!!

Just got a call back from 'shelly' at 1-866-932-5469 *extention removed*. She is there m-f 8:30-4:30. My WW is up and running now. I only have two phone zones now (which is fine by me) so at least they work.
