Has anyone actually gotten a problem resolved or spoken with a live person, not voicemail? I have been trying to get in contact with someone for over a month with no success. I email daily. Their "contact us" method is a joke and no one returns voice messages.

I keep trying to trade items in the trading room and it says i have already traded with the person--AND I HAVE NOT TRADED SINCE 4 MONTHS AGO!

I had some great news today from Ganz's care, As you may know I too adopted a Pug and received no POTM items. I called customer care 4 days ago and left a message, I was shocked to recieve a phone call today from the care center asking me to explain my problem. After explaining my POTM problem the Rep told me it would be taken care of in a few hours, four hours later I recieved my POTM items. Thanks to the Ganz phone number post I was able to get my POTM items. Thanks WI and Webkinz Care for Helping and Caring.
