I have no luck with them I guess, I have emailed them since JUNE, Daughter never got her POM loot bag, NOW, 2 webkinz mail items are missing cause as soon as she opens up her mail, she gets kicked off, and her items are no where to be found, and NO there are not back at the other persons account either. Cause it was My sons account that he sent the items from. I cannot get no answer to fix this! HELP GANZ HELP!!!!!!!!

tySm Fia! I can't get on my 1st acct but I can get on my other 2 & my friends acct. All I get is a green screen. Seems like it needs to load, but it doesn't...it just stays green. I really appreciate it! Rep point for you.

I also tried signing into my 1st acct from another pc (thinking that maybe it was just my pc), but it did the same thing. grrr
