Can't keep phone on

For some reason tonight every time I turn my kinz chat phone on after about 5 mins it turns off again. Anyone else having this problem, or know how to fix it?

I have this problem, so far, the only solution I have is to turn it back on! XD

I have had this problem and it even said it was off and it still showed it was on and i had to log out and back in. just hang in there and it will be fixed eventually maybe after the next down time for updates.

That has happened to me plenty. I have tried logging back in, and the phone stops. Maybe also try to clear your cache.

I have this problem alot too!
I can't get my phone to turn on.
An announcement comes up and says "server can't load" or something like that.
I called gantz and as I was looking at the announcement and my phone they said "your phone is on".
Clearly lt it was not on on my end, it caused great problems with trying to go to clubhouse during trick or treating.
I went to different browser and still had same problem.
If you wait till the beginning of new hour it might work.
That is what I had to do.
