Sometimes it's hard to navigate through all the threads to find the answers you're looking for. I try very hard NOT to ask questions that could be answered somewhere else. But it also makes me not want to ask questions for fear of looking stupid. I think that people who are more familiar with the site get frustrated with us Newbies.

I agree that you should look around very carefully before posting.

I can understand your frustration if you know how to do all of this but newbies like me may not be as computer savvy and some of the Q&A are a bit confusing. It's nice that there are people out there who are willing to explain things for us Dummies.

You see, the day that you log on you put in a e-mail to send a confirm to. you have to do that before you can do anything on webkinzinsider. Insider is just a place you talk about a certain topic. You can get names for new webkinz if you ask for help from others.
