Well let's start it off with how many days left till Valentines Day!

Next I will go on to a quick and easy Valentines Day Recipie!

Brownie Pizza Recipe

1 9 x 13 inch pan size brownie mix

Filling:
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/3 C. brown sugar
1/3 C. peanut butter

Topping:
1/2 C. chopped peanuts
1/2 package (about 15) miniature peanut butter cups, chopped

Bake brownie mix as directed on package. Cool completely.

Mix cream cheese, brown sugar and peanut butter until smooth and spread over cooled brownies.

Sprinkle chopped peanuts and peanut butter cups on top of the cheese mixture. Before serving, drizzle top of dessert with chocolate syrup. Keep refrigerated.

Makes at least 24 bars, but could be cut smaller.

Next is a quick easy Valentines Day craft!

Foam Roses

What you'll need:

• 1 ½ green chenille stems (per flower)
• Red craft foam
• Scissors
• White craft glue or hot glue gun

How to make it:

1. Set aside the ½ chenille stem for a later step. Take the full chenille stem and bend it in half. Starting at the bent end, twist the chenille stem around itself all the way up. When you reach the end trim it to make it even if needed.
2. Cut out 1” tear drop shapes from the red foam, you will need 7 of these.
3. Cut out ¾” tear drop shapes from the red foam, you will need 3 of these.
4. Lay a 1” tear drop on the table, point side down. Glue the open end of the twisted chenille stem to the red tear drop petal.
5. Glue a second tear drop behind the first tear drop (point side down), most of the tear drop in back will be visible. Repeat on the other side. Repeat again on each side, gluing them in a curved fashion (similar to a half circle). When you are done there should be one petal in the middle and 3 on each side.
6. Glue one of the smaller tear drop petals on top of the green chenille stem. Glue the other two smaller petals overlapping the first one, point side down.
7. Once these are all dry, bend and curve the foam petals to join both rounded sides together to form the flower. Glue in place and hold until dry, hot glue comes in handy here.
8. Use the ½ chenille stem to bend the leaves into shape and twist around the stem.

Tips:

• Craft foam can be purchased in precut shapes or in sheets.
• If using a hot glue gun, be sure to get a low temp one and follow the instructions carefully.
• Make a bouquet of these roses and place in a decorated baby food jar!

Soda Can Pull-tab Buckle Card

What you'll need:

• Soda- or beer-can pull-tab.
• Red cardstock
• Beige cardstock
• Heart stamp
• Brown ribbon
• Double-sided adhesive tabs or glue dots
• Gold or silver paint
• Glue
• Scissors

Quick switch Change the stamp or stickers to make a birthday, baby or get well card. Have fun with different color schemes too.

How to make it:

1. Fold red cardstock in half.
2. Stamp hearts onto beige cardstock.
3. Thread the ribbon through the soda-can pull-tab. Glue the ribbon onto the beige cardstock, tucking the ends behind the beige cardstock and gluing them in place.
4. Glue the beige cardstock to the red cardstock.
5. Use your scissors or corner-rounder punch to round off the corners of the card
6. Write your Valentine message inside the card.

Tips:

• Most soda- or beer-can pull-tabs are silver, but you may find some gold ones. For fun, use one from your sweetie's favorite beverage. This gold one is from a Guinness beer can!
• Use your gold or silver marker to decorate the hearts. This helps tie in the buckle with the rest of the color scheme.
• If you want a different colored buckle, try using nail polish to paint it.
• If the pull-tab has a jagged edge, make sure to handle with care. You may want to use a hammer to flatten it a bit.
• Double-sided adhesive tabs or glue dots work well to affix ribbon to cardstock.

Love the craft. as that day is my sisnlaw bday, i will be giving gifts! I Also have my bro bday on the 13th and my Husbands on the 15th. so it is a very busy holiday! BUT! we cant forget to log onto WW AND GET OUR GOODIES THAT DAY!!!!!
