ok so here is a story about ganz being SLOW
ok so my friend (slamingmyheadintothewall on WI) had 5 webkinz on an account.... then she c=hanged her password 'cause she didn't want her little brother going on her account. so the next day she was logging in and it said she had the wrong password. she tried again but it did the same thing. so she contacted ganz and they asked for all her info. she gave it to them and like 1 month later they said they needed it all again. she gave it all to them . they said her account was fixed!! it wasnt. so her dad emailed them and they haven't heard from ganz since!!! since then she has got 9 more webkinz and started up a brand new account with them..... thats the story

PS still no reply from ganz
