Last night we had to put my siamese cat to sleep. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to see, since that cat was my best friend, and she's been with me since I was born. I loved her so much, and she loved me. But she was suffering. Her organs were slowly shutting down, because she had kidney failure. I remember the peaceful look in her eyes as she drifted off to a better place. Last night was the hardest night of my life, because I'm used to her jumping on my bed, and purring until I fall asleep. The silence killed, and I cried myself to sleep. The only thing we can do now is pray, and grieve for that little blessing. So, please I ask that you pray that my little baby will make it up to heaven okay. I have complete confidence in her, but I'm just very worried, and sad. That cat was the best cat in the whole wide world, and she had a good 16 years. But I know that I will miss her, until the day I die. She will always have a place in my heart. We buried her by the waterfall, and put many flowers on her grave. May you Rest in Peace my beautiful siamese.

Oh I'm so sorry! It's so hard to let a pet go. You made the right decision, though. Sixteen years is a terrific life! And it sounds like she had a lot of love. You will always remember her. | | | |

That's so sad! I know what your going through. I had a goldfish that I had for like 11 years. He died on July 4th. It was the worst day of my life. I hated it. And when we buried him (He was too big to flush down the toilet), it started sprinkling, and I wasn't very happy. So.. I'm sorry for you. I'll pray that she'll make it up to haven safely.

Awww i'm so sorry, but 16 is a good age. My dog died Valentines Day, and my other
dog before him died when I was younger, its a horrible thing to go through and the
silence killed me too, I also cried myself to sleep but then we finally went to go (look)
at puppies and came home with an adorable, loving one. It may be hard to do and at
first it feels like your replacing your best friend.. but believe me it gets better.
