Math help

I just got a letter 2day that i was chosen to be in the accelerated math group for the special group in my grade. i have no clue what im supposed to learn or what.


Does anyone have an idea of what advanced math in 6th (or 7th) grade is like?

or if u peeps dont know what its like, what is normal 6th grade math like?

Normal 6th grade math is kind of easy and kind of hard. You learn allgerbraic experessions, fractions (adding, multiplying, subtracting, dividing), number problems (like 3-4*7= 9 *3), and you prepare for allgebra.
And you learn how to solve a problem using the correct steps: PEMDAS ( parentheses, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction). That is what I learned. I was not in Math Prime or advanced math. I was in regular math.

accelerated math in one of those two grades may mean you learn the same material just at a faster pace. thats how it was for me even though i wasnt in those classes, some of my friends were.
