I'm getting a chihuahua this Summer! Help me with the supplies!

Make sure that the big dogs don't hurt him/her! I have a mutt and Me and My Mom can't put her with the chihuahuas! She hates everything that mutt does lol!
My Chihuahua loves to get under his beds lol
And if it's cold outside you might want to get her/him a coat and or and sweater and maybe some other clothes! LOL

You might want to do a LOT of cleaning up.
Since they are the smallest dogs, they can easily choke on small objects.

What you need is information!!! LOL I have a one year old Chihuahua and here are some facts that will help you out!:

* Don't lean over the dog. Chihuahua's are very timid. If you want the dog to come near you sit down and call his/her name. :chi:

*Make sure your Chihuahua only has about 2 pints of water each day. Their bla.d.ders are small and cannot contain alot of water. :chi:

* Have patience! Chihuahua's are stubborn and hard-headed dogs. :chi:

*The best food for your Chihuahua puppy is: Companion Puppy Food :chi:

*Take your Chihuahua out every 1 hour. :chi:

I forgot to put something! LOL
I know most people get their dogs like Petagree and whatnot , but, my Vet said that the most best dog food on the planet is Evo and Innova, they have all natural products and stuff like that. Pedagree has like animal guts and stuff and it makes your dog pass sooner sometimes.....

I agree with soso910 Chihuahuas can choke on small objects! My other Chihuahua choked once and my Mom had to take him to the Vet, he's fine now, it was a treat he joked on!

And just so yah know I read in my dog book that Chihuahuas think they are the biggest dog on earth so mak sure they don't stat a fight! they think they're tall and big and huge lol

I don't know that much about chihuahuas, i don't even got a dog but i know some basic facts, I'm thinking 'bout being a vet. one day!

:chi:you might want to get a scopper if you live in the city and you will be walking you will be walking Willow around town, park, stuff like that! Especially if they have limits and stuff like that!

:chi:shampoo maybe???? You might want to get like a short-haired dog shampoo because you might need to wash Willow!! I would suggest like one of those like little dog towels I think they might have those in Wal Mart or a Pet store?

:chi:like many others I would say clothes and maybe little boots!! lol I think it would be cute to see a little dog in a coat and boots walking through snow!!!

Also have fun, patience, and a great time with Willow!
