Default The Happy 50th Birthday Mini DCT for August 26th
A warm welcome to you on the Wednesday August 26th's DCT.

I hope your week is going fine, and the rest of the week is awesome!

Today is the Mini's 50th birthday.

The Mini Car is a classic icon of the 1960's, and they are still around on the road these days. In New Zealand a lot proud Mini Car owners have lovingly restored their classic Mini's and there is a Mini Car Club.

In 2000, Mini brought out a revamped version, 41 years after its first classic car rolled off the production line. In 41 years, they produced 5,387,862 units.

The Mini Car is featured in Mr Bean.
