The room should be indoor, mid-size, and no eStore stuff, rare/CSO themes and unique Forest prizes, though singular rares are okay.
The only pet we have a problem so far is Clydesdale. The PSI (fireplace) matches the Medieval theme flawlessly, but it is off limits! We desperately need an alternative suggestion. Help, anyone? | | | 10-23-2009, 09:22 PM | #2 | Gift Trainee Join Date: Jun 2009 Posts: 1,911 | Re: Room Decoration Help Required Clydesdale PSI room, that's a toughie
I think making a cute lodge theme room or a country themed room would really work nicely. That best part is, you could make this room all wshop or pretty inexpensive. Using browns and furniture with a rustic touch will look very nicely. Good luck with decorating | | | 10-23-2009, 10:12 PM | #3 | oohoo!!! Webkinz :) Join Date: Jul 2008 Posts: 2,302 | Re: Room Decoration Help Required I used my clydesdale fireplace in a country room. WShop country wallpaper and golden hardwood floor. Then the Curio Shop farm theme furniture (wagon wheel motif).
You could use WShop country theme only. The clydesdale fireplace has a horseshoe on it, and the WShop country theme has horseshoes on the wood pieces.
I also added a lot of Fall Fest decorations in the room. Cornucopias on the tables, potted elm trees, 2 wheat sheaves at the foot of each bed, last year's Fall Fest posters on each side of the fireplace. | | | 10-24-2009, 01:45 AM | #4 | Webkinz :) Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 45 | Re: Room Decoration Help Required Thanks guys, too bad Farm CSO theme goes as "collectibles" and, being a bit grayish, doesn't match the color anyway.
As I discovered, Pirate room goes well with the color and even has a few coordinated items. The problem is to find a bed that would go well with timber lodge. Any ideas?

His PSI was even tougher... Last edited by Pitenana; 10-24-2009 at 01:57 AM.. | | | 10-24-2009, 04:13 PM | #5 | oohoo!!! For a timber lodge look, I would go with the WShop country bed. It has a quilt on it. Or you could always use my "go to" bed, the creamy vanilla. | | | 10-25-2009, 03:39 PM | #6 | hoa i'm addicted to Webkinz :) Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 112 | Re: Room Decoration Help Required hey what up? i have a clydsdale too! i would take a screenshot of the room, but i don't know how! i hope this is a good description .
i have orange floor
and red wall paint.
in top right corner i have a tangerine theme bed.next to this is the amarylis flowers.
in bottom right corner i have a tangerine couch, facing the room.
in top left corner i have her PSI.
i know this room is a little boring, but she loves it and you can always add more tangerine theme
i think that theme goes great, but you might think different!i hope this helps! __________________ | | | 10-26-2009, 12:33 PM | #7 | Webkinz :) Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 45 | Re: Room Decoration Help Required Hey CLU, your room sounds just fine - great, actually, I'll borrow the idea if I ever get an orange pet - but Clydesdale's fireplace is out of place there. I'd like to coordinate either theme or color.

Country bed is of distinctly different hue. I tried and it looked eye-pokingly wrong. I'll be using my Dragon superbed for now, the smokey looks comfy enough. Sometimes I ignore the little things like that.
As for an "orange" pet, how about the beagle? Its paw print table is like an orangey-brown color.
I've been making single-color rooms lately. An all orange room is kinda fun. I actually have a litlle bit of red and yellow in my orange room. Green is great, too, again with a little yellow. Pink is the easiest, mixing and matching stuff from 4 different themes. It's like a bottle of Pepto Bismol exploded. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off
