I tried 2 put up windows, in my underwater room. I get please wait....Can you put windows, in your underwater rooms?

It's a glitch I have been getting also when I try selling at the Wshop. Maybe trying it the next day, it will work. Have n decoating your room

Honestly I've never tried it. It's probably just a glitch. If you have problems, just try it the next day.
