Cost:
The total cost came to 5660 –w-. Just a bit over budget =[ sorry, To cut that down, see the "money saving" section.

Additional Instruction:

Wall and Floor:
I’d recommend the theme's wall and floor: first snow flooring and ice block walls (?).

Money Saving:

*If you were to get rid of one item, make it the lamp by the couches.
*You could also get rid of the toy box by the bed. You could really get rid of the counter island and white stools, too
*Another saver would be to switch from elegant white dining chairs to blue sky stools...but i dont think that would look as good.

Other:

You can put some decorative flowers or books on the side table by the couches.

I'd put games or miss birdy christmas stuff on the table in the lower right. YOu can put kitchen stuff or miss birdy christmas items on the counters.

I figured a medium room was the best size for your budget! I have a large design, but it's way over!

*If you were to get rid of one item, make it the shaggy rugs.
* But you really shouldn't need to worry about saving money since it was under budget.

You can put some decorative flowers or books on the side table by the couches.

I hope you don’t mind me using ONE thing out of theme…I thought the rugs would be a nice touch.

You can put some decorative flowers or books on the side table by the couches.

The PSIs are interchangeable. I just picked ones I thought would look good! You can use any 1 square PSI in the upper left or 2 square in the lower right. Others I thought would look good are the frozen fountain, frozen pond, and icy fishing hole fridge. You certainly can use the signature penguin PSI, too.

You can change the coffee table for a toy box and the wintry items in the lower right with other wintry items you like

Any items you DON'T want: rare, superbeds, any beds(unless its the football bed, exclusive, anything well... not buyable! treadmills....

Any additional instruction: I would like just a small setup for each sport and a rela***ion area and I would like to see some of the swamp/lilypad theme too

I’d recommend the theme's wall blue sky wallpaper. I recommend the fantasy flooring or powder blue flooring. Since there was a choice, I didn’t put it in the cost.

*If you were to get rid of one item, make it the shaggy white rug.

*You could also get rid of the lamp by the bed or by the desk. You could really get rid of the coffee table and the stool in the upper right, too.
But you really shouldn’t worry about that since it was under budget.

You can put some decorative flowers or books on the table by the dresser.
