Description:

Upper right: Seating Garden with PSI
Lower left: TV
Lower right: Counter space
Center: Extra seating

Cost:
As shown here, the room is 7200 -w-. I'm sorry I got so carried away and so far over. See below on how to cut that down.

Additional Instruction:

Wall and Floor:
Use the Space flooring. It's CSO, so I wasn't sure of the price. I believe it's around 100 -w-
Use the powder blue wall paing for 60 -w-

Money Saving:
This theme and budget really clashed...sorry. Hopefully these tips can help you decide what to do!

*The bamboo plants are totally optional -- especially the two nearest the corner.

*The table by the couch can be removed, as can the side table by the bed.

*If you are REALLY uncomfortable with the price, the whole center unit can go...I just put it in to fill up some space. Same goes for the two end counters and maybe even the island one.

Other:
I'd recommed putting stuff on the counter area in the bottom right. You said you wanted decor, so I left that space for you to create. You can also put stuff on the walls. I left it a neutral blue so it would go with the furniture and paintings you choose to add.

Use the powder blue wall paing for 60 -w-

This super-tiny budget was really hard...sorry. Hopefully these tips can help you decide what to do!

*The lamps in the waiting area can be removed. As can the tables by the desk.

*One of the stools can be removed from the desk.

*Frankly, there's not much I can get rid of from the patient beds. The room dividers are needed for privacy, but I guess you could get rid of the side tables.

Other:
I'd recommed putting books on the waiting tables to act as magazines. Maybe in the patient bed areas, too.

Im not sure i like the room. But i am glad you made it anyways, it gave me some pretty good ideas. Like, the lectric green chair! It didnt even come to mind, and I really like the use of them. It turns out i didnt need the deisgn until this weekend. So thnx, and another order will probably be coming your way soon!
