I just checked on this thread for the cheetah PSI... didn't find it, but see that you need some items checked. Here are 4 that I just checked:
Timber Wolf PSI, Howling Ridge, YES - outside and treetop; NO - inside or underwater.
Signature furniture items:
Stately Bookshelf - YES - In ONLY, NO underwater, out, or treetop.
Regal Rug - YES in and underwater, NO underwater or treetop.
Cotton Candy Sheep PSI, the Pink Bubble Machine - YES in and underwater, NO outdoor or treetop

I have a few of the pets that you are missing the PSI information for
Cloud Sheep- Float Away Fantasy Fridge (inside, underwater)
Pink Cockatoo- Birdbath Spa (treetop,outside)

Just tested the Giraffe PSI, it is only under and inside .

And the baby penguin PSI is outdoor, treetop, underwater and inside, courtesy of PoliceProperty for testing .

The gas pump can go outside as well as inside and underwater. I have not tried it in a treetop room.

The peppermint pup PSI can go only outside as it is seeds.

The gas pump can go in a tree top room, I just tried it.
